The winter break is quickly approaching and I just want to wish all of the Riverdale students and families a joyful, restful and happy holiday. Whether or not you are celebrating this December, it is a nice time to spend with family and friends and a good time to contemplate the possibilities that the new year brings. The days will be getting longer and while there is time to enjoy all that winter has to offer, the spring will no doubt be upon us before we know it! So, let's all take some time to reflect on our successes and those areas for improvement and regroup for a great 2012. It is never too late to make positive change, no matter how small and to keep working toward those near and distant goals.
